Which tools can you migrate from?
Datadog, New Relic, Grafana Cloud, Prometheus/Alertmanager, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Google Cloud Monitoring are the most common. If your tool isn’t listed, ask us before purchasing.
Do I need a paid plan first?
You need a Lightstreet workspace on any plan (including an active trial). Many teams pair this with Growth Annual.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your current tool’s dashboards and monitors, plus an admin invite to your Lightstreet workspace. We never need write access to your source tool.
Is this the same as the Trial Concierge Call?
No. The Concierge Call is a 30-minute guided setup for trial users. White-Glove Migration is a multi-day done-for-you service for teams with an existing observability setup to move.
