Does the annual plan auto-renew?
The annual term is a 12-month prepayment. Before it ends we’ll email you to renew for another year.
I'm already on Growth monthly. Can I switch?
Yes. Purchase Growth Annual and reply to the confirmation email with your workspace name; we’ll apply the annual term and stop the monthly charge.
What happens if I exceed 500 GB/mo?
Overage is handled the same way as on monthly Growth — we’ll contact you before anything changes.
Can I add White-Glove Migration?
Yes. The Migration and Setup service ($497) is a separate one-time purchase and pairs well with an annual term.
